Burlesque Noir shirt design

Here is one of 2 t-shirts I'm designing for the dance group Burlesque Noir. I also designed the logo.

This shirt is actually going to be flipped so that the white is black and the black is white. This is for a particular show they do with black lights so I thought it would be cool to have the design glow as well.
